Our Story

Founded in 2013 by Darren Waitson, Nirvana began with a simple goal: to solve the challenges property managers faced from dealing with too many contractors, inconsistent standards, and unclear responsibility across their buildings. This made it difficult to maintain control, ensure compliance, and deliver a consistent experience for residents.

From the outset, Nirvana’s aim was to bring these services together under one accountable group. Instead of managing multiple suppliers, property managers could rely on a single partner responsible for delivery, communication, and outcomes. The focus was clear: take ownership, deliver consistently, and make buildings easier to manage.

Today, Nirvana supports residential portfolios across the UK with maintenance, compliance, and building operations delivered through one coordinated structure. By aligning specialist teams, we remove the gaps that often cause delays, confusion, and inefficiencies.
